Promotion of Employer Diversity and Inclusion on University and College Campuses

Through collaborating with a multitude of universities and colleges, Women for Hire is a strong advocate for employer diversity and inclusion. We engage various campus outlets, inclusive of career services, student organizations, sororities, and other campus spaces, reaching out to them primarily via email.

Alongside, we provide them with promotional materials to disseminate, helping us connect with women across campuses nationwide.

Women for Hire’s PR and Marketing Clubs for Employer Diversity and Inclusion

We extend an invitation to students and faculty who are interested in forming or already have PR and marketing activities on their campus.

These initiatives, with a focus on promoting employer diversity and inclusion in professional businesses, align perfectly with our mission. A testament to this collaborative approach is our recent partnership with Boston University’s PRLab, a student-operated PR agency providing real-life clients.

The joint venture led to the formulation of a program that effectively promoted our diversity and inclusion services and career expos among students. This synergistic relationship mutually benefitted all parties – students acquired significant first-hand professional experience, while we gained valuable feedback and innovative ideas about our events. Encouraged by this success, we’re keenly looking forward to creating similar programs at campuses nationwide.

Participants of these programs will gain experience in real-world marketing campaigns – a notable feature on their resumes. They can also expect to receive endorsements from Women for Hire staff in future career pursuits.
