Beware: The Phone Interview

Once upon a time, the telephone interview was a preliminary step in the job hunting process: a chance for recruiters to size up a candidate before offering a more probing, in-person interview. No more. These days, companies have raised the bar and are using the telephone to conduct lengthy, in-depth interviews, The Wall Street Journal reports.

My son was interviewed twice tested shown around and told they would hire him on the spot if it was up to them, but he hac to have a background check, but he was not
worried because was clean, at least he thought he was, but credit killed it.
His reaction was how do you recover and pay debts if you are not working? He went through a bad divorce and lost everthing. Is America’ dream only for the well off or those who never have bad luck, once down just kick them, kill their spirit!
