Coach USA Cares Donates More Than Two Tons Of Food To Local Food Banks

Coach USA Employee Food Drive Was Held In January

Paramus, New Jersey, February 19, 2020– Coach USA employees through the Coach USA Cares program donated more than two tons of food to local food banks where Coach USA has locations. The food drive is an annual event held during the month of January, since food banks are trying to restock from the holiday season.

“More than two tons of food donations will help a lot of local families in need. I am so proud of our employees and their generosity in giving back to the communities we serve,” said Linda Burtwistle, CEO, Coach USA.

The total amount of food donated was 4,139 pounds, which was given to the following organizations: The Salvation Army’s Zelma George Family Shelter and Food Bank, Toledo Food Bank, San Antonio Food Bank, Goshen Presbyterian Church, Greater Allegheny Food Bank, Unity Square Food Bank, CUMAC, Waukesha Food Pantry, E.C.H.O., Iglesia Jesucristo es el Senor, Maryland Food Bank, Helping Hand Food Pantry, Norcross Ministry Cooperative, Orange County Food Bank, National City Christian Church, Chicago Food Dispensary.
