Since the 2007 recession, the number of older women who work has increased while the percentage every other category — by gender and age — has declined or stayed flat, a new report says. In 1992, one in 12 women worked past 65. Today, it’s around one in seven. Women find themselves approaching old age with less savings, more debt and fewer pensions than generations of women before them.
