Bea Fields is an Executive Coach with extensive experience providing services to over 800 national and international clients. Her clients describe her as “energetic”, “passionate”, “insightful”, and “dynamic”. They attribute much of their success to Bea’s strategic talent, which leads professionals to achieve their optimal potential, both personally and professionally.

Bea brings to her coaching assignments tremendous strengths in leadership development, marketing, sales, strategic planning, business development, strategic alliance development, training and event development, creative writing, customer service, and public speaking. She demonstrates her expertise in developing training programs which are customized to fit individual needs. As a result she has developed over 200 hours of personal and business development training programs for professionals, including the Personal Environments Coaching Program, 12 Foundations of Leadership ™, Managing Your Boss Seminar, Magnetic Customer Service ™, and Superstar Marketing.

Bea Fields has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama and holds several important certifications including the Guerrilla Marketing Coach Certification, the International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Designation, and a certification with the Center for Creative Leadership’s Assessment Suite including 360 BY DESIGN, Benchmarks, Executive Dimensions and Prospector. She is a graduate of Coach University and has a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. In addition, Bea is a member of the International Coach Federation, e Women Network, the American Society of Training and Development and the International Association of Certified Coaches.

She is the author of EDGE! A Leadership Story (Morgan James Publishing; Spring, 2008); Millennial Leaders: 24 stories from tomorrow’s leaders who are already successful today (Morgan James Publishing; Sept, 2007) and a contributing author to Guerrilla Marketing on the Front Lines (Morgan James Publishing; January, 2008). Bea has published over 75 articles and has been featured in journals including Sales and Marketing Excellence and the Bottom Line Newsletter.

This comment is a comment that I hear quite often from audience members, because I bring a very eclectic mix of skills into the speaking and training room. I am a speaker who will do whatever it takes to get the audience engaged in the training as active participants. As I always tell my audiences “My presentations are not a spectator sport. I will be asking you to jump in and play this game with me today so that you get as much out of this presentation as you possibly can”.

During each presentation, I use a variety of tools which tap the emotions, including assessments, videos, experiential activities, games, art, music, cartoons and humor. I know that if the audience can actually “experience” what I am teaching, they will be much more likely to connect with me on an emotional level and retain the information being presented once they leave the training room. During these activities, I am actually in the middle of each activity, participating fully with the audience and having a blast!

As an Executive Coach, I also conduct one coaching demonstrating during each presentation I lead, coaching a volunteer from the audience around a pressing issue which is relevant to the speaking topic. During these coaching demonstrations, you can literally hear a pin drop, because the audience is fully engaged in the coaching conversation out of sheer curiosity and also because they can usually relate to the coaching subject. Watching another person being coached in front of the entire room can be one of the most rewarding experiences for audience members, because it brings the topic being presented into the real life of a fellow audience member.
