Job Titles and Descriptions:

District Manager
The District Manager establishes and maintains effective customer relationships and mutually beneficial business relationships with clients. The essential functions of the District Manager include: customer Account Management, ensuring outstanding customer service; customer contract retention; prompt, courteous and professional service; management of accounts receivable and accurate reporting; and resolution of any customer concerns within an assigned geographic area (district.) You will drive new and existing sales within your district while managing, coaching, and developing a team of 5-10 Route Sales & Service Representatives. This position typically oversees 500-700 commercial accounts and is responsible for $2-4 million of annual revenue. You will be provided with tools such as a company car, a laptop, and training to help you succeed.

Production Manager
The Production Manager is responsible for the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the industrial laundry plant. You will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards for garments and other goods, with a focus on providing outstanding service to our customers. You will evaluate the performance of the plant equipment and recommend capital purchases. You will recruit, build, and maintain a strong team in your plant workforce. It is important to coordinate and have a strong relationship with the sales and service teams. You will direct and supervise plant employees and provide a positive environment.

Sales
As an Outside Sales Executive you will have an assigned geographic territory where you will be responsible for executing a sales plan by prospecting new business, gathering information about customer needs, presenting ARAMARK solutions and closing the sale. You will be provided with tools such as a car allowance (Account Executive level only), a laptop with prospect database, and extensive training to help you succeed. This position pays a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, and offers excellent long-term career development opportunities. Essential Functions include: cold-calling, telephone prospecting, conducting in-person prospecting calls, qualifying leads, attending first time visits and sales presentations, following-up with potential customers, and closing new business. Working with your local sales, customer service and management team, you will also assist in measuring and installation of new accounts, and must work within company policies and procedures.

Assistant General Manager
As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible, under the guidance of the General Manager, for the profitability and efficient operation of the Service Department. Recruiting, talent selection, and training will be an important part of your position. You will need to build partnerships with your sales team to attract new customers while retaining existing accounts. You will need to analyze reports and initiate proper corrective actions for unacceptable trends. You will be responsible for the development and motivation of your staff of District Service Managers and Route Sales Representatives to attain proper standards of performance. You are accountable for current account retention and growth quotas, and a range of customer service and operational management metrics. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelors degree and at least 2 years of sales and leadership experience, preferably in a route-based business-to-business environment and strong operations management background. Must have highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication skills. Strong customer service and sales results are also important. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience. Demonstrate successful interfacing with a variety of organizational functions to complete projects and day-to-day activities. Considerable negotiation skills and computer proficiency preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license with excellent driving record. This is a training position for a General Manager role, and advancement will require relocation anywhere within the Southeast US. Therefore, all applicants must be geographically mobile.
