Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office

The Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office is seeking highly motivated individuals for Full-Time and Part-Time Deputy Sheriff positions.

Minimum Qualifications: United States Citizen, 21 years of age, High school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and complete an extensive background investigation, medical examination, polygraph examination, psychological examination, and be a non-smoker at time of appointment

Base Pay $42,733-$69,609

In addition to base pay, annual pay increments are earned each year as well as cost of living allowance in most years. Applicants are able to receive additional compensation for college education, previous military and law enforcement experience.
