.NET Developer
The .NET Developer will be responsible for a wide range of IS duties including the design, modification, development, programming and implementation of software applications, database and enterprise reporting and analysis solutions. The individual in this role will use their diverse technical background to perform a variety of application development and support activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a .NET and SQL background, with a strong working knowledge of C# and ASP.NET.
Responsibilities:
Create, edit and distribute various applications as required using development tools such as Visual Studio, .NET Framework, ASP.NET and C#.
Write and maintain appropriate documentation to describe installation and operation procedures as well as logic, coding revisions and corrections.
Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis and development of test plans.
Support and/or install software applications when necessary.
Consult with project leads to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and 3-5 years related work experience (or commensurate work experience without degree).
Experience creating, maintaining and troubleshooting relational and transactional databases such as SQL Server.
Experience creating and maintaining web-based applications using tools such as Visual Studio 2005/2008, .NET framework 2.0, ASP.NET, C#, SQL 2000 and SQL 2005.
Knowledge of Windows servers and Microsoft Internet Information Services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with structured change control processes and source version control tools a plus
Proven commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and structured, process-based thinking.
SQL Server Database Administrator
The primary responsibility of this position is administration of the SQL servers and some development of complex computer-based systems solutions. Additionally, some responsibilities will be for web development. These databases are both internally developed, as well as administrating and managing third party applications which run on SQL. This includes participation in the evaluation and deployment of applications, as well as the development of policies related to the proper use of applications and databases.
I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Software and Systems Utilization and Development
1. Database design and support
2. Performance tuning and security management.
3. Capacity planning and change management.
4. Fault management and data management.
5. Integrating database applications using MS SQL and Reporting Services
6. Creating complex SQL statements and scripts in order to access data from multiple joined tables
7. Administering Microsoft SQL databases both internally developed and third party vendor applications based on SQL
B. Systems Development
1. Understand SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
2. Documentation of all phases of development.
3. Troubleshoot issues with developed and third party SQL applications.
4. Acquire user specifications and requirements and provide knowledgeable support.
C. Technical
1. Works closely with the Technical group to assure technical requirements for the various SQL environments are met.
2. Design and implementation of backup/recovery, incremental log backups.
3. Strong understanding of SQL security.
D. Completes special projects, as assigned, including participation on various task forces, etc.
II. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years of DBA experience in SQL Server 2005 or SQL Server 2000 preferably Microsoft certified. Excellent design and analysis skills in software development, with proven systems implementation experience. Proficiencies in the following skill areas: ASP.NET, C# a plus. Excellent written, verbal, and persuasion skills. Some construction experience helpful. Strong understanding of data design a must.

Job Summary
DCM Services, LLC is seeking a Process Analyst to be a key member of an internal Product
Development Team. This person will work directly with the Operations Project Manager and other members of the Product Development Team to assist with the research and validation of current processes as well as newly identified opportunities
Specific responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Online Research
Research via Telephone Calls to Courts, Companies, etc.
Research and report on current Company processes (efficiencies, flaws or opportunities, operating costs, etc.) by interviewing Company employees and observing processes in action to gain a thorough understanding of the Pros and Cons
Create and maintain Task/Project Logs to monitor progress
Provide reporting and share status updates with Operations Project Mgr. and the Product Development Team
Assist with the testing and implementation of new or revised processes

Web Content Manager
The Web Content Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, is responsible for all information appearing on DCM Services websites. The Web Content Manager will research and produce all site content and ensure it caters to the needs of DCM Services' target audience. He/She will play a leadership role in the development of Company websites to ensure user-centricity, intuitive navigation, high functionality and consistency.
The following are responsibilities of the Web Content Manager:
• Leadership role in developing and maintaining site content, including creating and/or licensing content and features stories, web events, community development initiatives and news
• Drive the overall style and appearance of the site and ensure its alignment with key audiences
• Improve navigation of Company website by using Web content management systems to analyze site statistics
• Skilled at using web-editing software and Content Management Systems; familiarity with web tools such as HTML, PhotoShop and Adobe/Macromedia software
• Self-directed individual with excellent writing skills and at least three (3) years’ experience managing Web content on sites larger than 500 pages in a corporation, hospital, university or equivalent complex setting
• Must be an excellent editor as well as a persuasive, clear writer
• Experience in the business media field and/or a demonstrated understanding of business and financial journalism concepts
• A Bachelor's degree in journalism or marketing and at least three (3) years experience writing for an online or print publication is required
