Internet Creative Service: Freelance Support Overview
Detail oriented. Deadline oriented & works well under pressure. Ability to multi-task. Command of the English language; i.e. grammar, spelling, etc. PC proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook) High comfort level with the web and computer applications. Quick learner, organized, excellent visual/design and color orientation. Interest in/understanding of brand.
Experience:
Proofreading/copyediting
Database experience
Internet site production experience
Experience with Scene 7 or proofing color corrected images
Experience in a retail environment
Experience with trafficking
Internet Project Support
Experience:
Must have experience in Internet production. Must have exposure to rich media applications. Outstanding attention to detail. Retail experience a plus. Must be able to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal).
Candidates with full time potential are preferred (temp to perm)
Must be proficient in MS Office, Powerpoint
Executive Secretary
Under very limited direction, provide administrative support to a top-level executive. Must be proficient in MSW, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Maintain the executive’s daily appointment calendar. Prepare and review materials for executive level appointments, meetings and receptions. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must have 5 or more years Executive Secretary experience.
Executive Receptionist
Corporate and professional attire. Provide phone coverage to executive level management and act as an information resource to all employees and visitors. Must be able to communicate with high level management. Reserve and maintain conference rooms. Send and receive packages by couriers on a daily basis. Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate locations and take messages. Assist and fill in for other receptionists. Must have strong interpersonal, organizational skills, and oral communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Light MSW and Outlook.
