Consumer Loan Officer I: Underwriting quality consumer loans in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Protect members’ funds while generating acceptable quality loans for the credit union and its members.
Requirements: Three years of office experience, including two years in a consumer lending environment or a college degree in a related field and one year of consumer lending experience. Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to lending (Reg B, Reg Z and Fair Credit Reporting Act). Prior underwriting / loan approval experience is preferred. Strong mathematical and PC skills to include word processing and spreadsheets. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to operate a variety of office equipment. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Scheduling flexibility to accommodate Overseas and Stateside operations is a plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The ability to sit for extended periods. The ability to use a personal computer, 10-key calculator, and telephone.

Executive Assistant-Operations Division: Performs a variety of clerical, administrative and technical functions and supports the VP of the Operations Division.
Requirements: Three years office experience, preferably in an administrative/secretarial position. Strong PC skills; Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project. Able to prepare, produce and edit correspondence. Excellent organizational, math, and written communications skills. Familiarity with bank services preferable; not required.Able to operate various office equipment to include computer terminal, fax machine, copier, multi-telephone and 10-key calculator. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The ability to sit for extended periods. The ability to use a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, fax machine, 10-key calculator.

Loan File Audit Specialist: Perform quality review of consumer and home equity loans, prepare the loan files for scanning and scanning all loan documents into OnBase. Monitor, review, adjust, and track all unsecured, share/CD, home equity and VISA loans. Ensure loan documentation is accurate and complete by performing audits on all closed loans.
Requirements: Requires one-year general office experience, preferably in a lending environment. Must be able to type 20 words per minute. Must have knowledge of various office equipment to include personal computer, telephone, fax machine, copier, 10 keypad and calculator. Word processing experience required; spreadsheet experience preferred. Must have good organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented. Must exhibit exceptional staff and member relation skills. Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to lending is desired. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time, entering and analyzing data. Must be able to use computer terminal and automated file tracking system, calculator, fax machine and telephone.

Member Services Representative: Responsible for educating and assisting credit union members and potential members in understanding and utilizing product offerings and services to guarantee satisfaction and retention.
Requirements: Two years of customer service experience in a financial institution or two years retail customer service experience in a sales/commissioned-based environment. Cross-selling experience required. Must possess knowledge of methods, practices and terminology of credit union or retail banking. Ability to present a professional image to the public required. Demonstrated organizational and personal computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent verbal, written, and exceptional organizational skills required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The ability to sit at a desk and computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to use a personal computer, 10 key calculator, telephone, and fax machines.

Mortgage Loan Specialist: Performs a variety of mortgage support tasks in the processing of member’s mortgage loans. Posts mortgage payments and updates databases. Processes first mortgage loan applications as required meeting secondary market standards
Requirements: Requires two years office experience, including at least one year of lending experience, preferably in a mortgage lending environment. Must have strong PC skills to include word processing and spreadsheets. Must have excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Operations Manager: The incumbent is responsible for managing the day to day activities of the Operations Department, which includes all facets of ACH, Check Card, Visa, General Ledger settlement, IRA/CD Administration, Inbound/Outbound Returns, ATM Network, Statement Rendering and resolution, End of Year reporting, Regulation E claims, Charge-offs and Escheatments. Directly supervises 4 exempt supervisors and 25-30 indirect, non-exempt employees. Performs personnel management duties, provides support to our branch network, streamlines and automates functions, actively participates in goals and objectives established by the credit union. Provides mentoring and leadership to staff members.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration/Accounting). Equivalent experience may be substituted. Seven to ten years progressive management experience with a financial institution with concentration in management and operations. Prefer AAP certification or candidate is willing to obtain accreditation within one year. Has demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and empower teams. Prefer experience in re-engineering functions. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Has experience preparing executive level reports as needed. Must have strong PC skills, proficiency with Microsoft Suite of Office Products. Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detailed-oriented environment.
