Positions Available:
Frito-Lay Sales Associate
The Sales Associate role at Frito-Lay is Critical to Our Success:
• Sales Associates participate in a 12 month training program designed to provide an understanding of our business and the leadership skills necessary to perform the role of District Sales Leader (DSL)
• After training, Sales Associates will lead teams of 8 to 15 Route Sales Representatives (RSR)
• Sales Associates are responsible for sales and expense accountability of $4M to $10M in annual revenue
• Sales Associate will lead and oversee day-to-day sales, logistics, inventory, scheduling, training and customer selling.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related major
• Prior sales or management experience is preferred, but not required (including internship experience)
• Demonstrated Leadership ability—coaching and motivating a team
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• “Clear” driving record for the past 3 years
