Applications are being accepted for Patrol and Corrections Deputies for 40-hour per week positions that offer competitive salary and benefits. Starting salary ranges between $39,470 and $60,145. The Sheriff's Office offers numerous specialized positions within the agency after all schooling, training and probation has been completed. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requires High School diploma or equivalent, US Citizenship, age 21, and valid driver's license. Automatically receives $2000 or 5% salary increase whichever is greater upon graduation from the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy or an equivalent Virginia law enforcement academy and successful completion of the Loudoun County Field or Corrections Training Officer program.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Selection process includes preliminary screening, polygraph examination, background interview, psychological evaluation, physical examination (to include drug screening), and an intensive background investigation.
