About The Company:

The Operations Systems Center (OSC)is designated as the United States Coast Guard's (USCG)premier Software Development Center. As a software development Center of Excellence, OSC offers a comprehensive array of data center and software development services consistent with any commercial large scale computer system development and hosting environment. Years of requirements analysis, design, and deployment honed the OSC into a facility focused on meeting the needs of Department of Homeland Security components and aligning with their mandates. The OSC currently provides support for 50+ enterprise Information Systems and offers its customers a range of services which are divided into three levels of support. Support ranges from minimal hosting and maintenance services to system design, development, and implementation services. OSC's processes align with the USCG System Development Life Cycle and correspond to the roles and responsibilities of the System Development Agent and System Support Agent.

Software Systems Specialist
**Identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, and formatting. Candidate must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong emphasis in MS Project.

All positions require a Secret or Top Secret eligibility, however ALL positions require applicants to be a US CITIZEN, successfully complete the security application process with the intent of gaining a government granted security clearance AND receive a minimum Interim Secret eligibility, prior to starting.
