Women For Hire offers unique marketing programs to fulfill two distinct goals: (1) enhance participation of top employers in our recruiting events and (2) provide strong branding and exposure for employers who are unable to attend the events — but want to reach a coveted talent pool.

EARLY MORNING SEMINAR SPONSORSHIPS

To enhance participation at Women For Hire recruiting events, we invite you to sponsor our popular Early Morning Seminar, which is held on the morning of the expo, right before career fair attendees are admitted. The seminar is a special networking and job-seeking session that draws more than 100 women. During this 90-minute session, experts on the job scene, hiring and careers offer practical, sophisticated and inspirational advice to women attendees.

As a sponsor, your recruiters or hiring managers are invited to address the audience on opportunities available at your organization. We promote the Morning Seminar and our sponsor heavily on our website and cite the sponsoring organization in all direct emails to job seekers. (Morning Seminar sponsorship is limited to one employer per event.)

Women For Hire career expos go far beyond the standard meet-and-greet job fairs. Power Seminars, Resume Reviews, Mentor Match and Perfect Pitch sessions are designed for today’s forward-thinking professional.

POWER SEMINARS

Sponsor our 20-minute breakout Power Seminars at each expo. These breakout seminars are a perfect way to generate smart buzz about your company and opportunities — while attracting candidates to your booth. Making a successful woman executive available to job seekers touts your company’s women-friendly benefits. We promote all of our seminars — and sponsors — regularly in the lead-up to each expo: on our website and in direct emails to candidates. Attendance ranges from 50-100 women per session. Booth participation is required in order to sponsor a breakout seminar.

RESUME REVIEWS

For the past 13 years, our terrific volunteer reviewers have given valuable advice to thousands of women on how to make their resumes shine. This is our most popular offering – and a terrific chance for you to support job seekers at a vulnerable time in their lives.

MENTOR MATCH/PERFECT PITCH

Sponsor our complimentary 15-minute, one-on-one Mentor Match sessions or Perfect Pitch, a chance for jobseekers to pump up their 30-second elevator pitch — and you to be top of mind with them.
