Chat with Tory on Twitter and Facebook for a chance to win a customized Flipcam and an iTunes playlist every day this week to celebrate the publication of FIRED TO HIRED!

TWITTER RULES

  • This competition is offered to anyone with a Twitter account who is at least 16 years of age.
  • This competition giveaway will begin at 11am EST on Monday, August 3, 2009 and will conclude at 11am EST on Monday, August 10, 2009.
  • 7 prizes will be available, 1 per day for each of the 7 days of the competition. A winner will be chosen at the end of each of the 24 hour periods starting at 11am EST each day. The winner will be announced after the close of each day from the Tory Johnson Twitter account shortly after close.
  • The prize itself is a brand new Flip Mino ($179.99 MSRP). We purchase the prize on your behalf and have it shipped directly to your door anywhere in the United States. (You must prove ownership of the winning entry and your shipping address). We will dispatch the prize within 5 days of the competition closing date.
  • To enter the competition you must send out a tweet from your own Twitter account and include @toryjohnson and #firedtohiredbook in your message. The message must correctly answer the question Tory Johnson asks each day at 11am EST on her Twitter account. All answers to the questions can be found on the Women For Hire webpage www.womenforhire.com.
  • You can tweet as many times as you like (though entries using automated tweets will be disqualified), and tweets during different 24 hour periods will be entered into the competition for that period only. So tweet again when a new question is posted.
  • Women For Hire at its own discretion will choose a winner randomly from all the entries within a particular 24 hour period ending 11am EST each day. We will then announce the winner from our twitter account (@toryjohnson). Winner has 48 hours to respond to Women For Hire to claim its prize.
  • Once you have been chosen a winner and notified, you are ineligible to be chosen to receive any more prizes. However, winners can still actively participate in answering the questions and tweeting with @toryjohnson.

FACEBOOK RULES

  • This competition giveaway will begin at 11am EST on Monday August 3, 2009 and will conclude at 11am EST on Monday August 10,2009.
  • 7 prizes will be available, 1 per day for each of the 7 days of the competition. A winner will be chosen at the end of each of the 24 hour periods starting at 11am EST each day. The winner will be announced after the close of each day from the Women For Hire fan page account shortly after close. o The prize itself is the Fired to Hired iTunes playlist containing the 32 songs listed throughout the book. Women For Hire purchases the prize on the winner’s behalf and has it emailed directly to the winner. Winners must have the latest version of iTunes installed to click the Redeem button found in the gift email. iTunes will launch and the gift will automatically start to download. If you do not have an iTunes account, you will need a computer capable of running iTunes 5 and must have a valid billing address in the United States of America.
  • To enter the competition you must reply with a comment on the Women For Hire fan page wall post containing the question for that day. The message must give your best career advice relevant to the topic asked each day at 11am EST on the Women For Hire fan page. Only posts on this page will be entered to win.
  • You can comment as many times as you like, and comments during different 24 hour periods will be entered into the competition for that period only. So comment again when a new question is posted.
  • Women For Hire at its own discretion will choose a winner randomly from all the entries within a particular 24 hour period ending 11am EST each day. We will then announce the winner in a new wall posting on the Women For Hire fan page.
  • Once you have been chosen a winner and notified, you have 48 hours to claim your prize, and you are ineligible to be chosen to receive any more prizes. However, winners can still actively participate in commenting on the questions.
  • This contest is available to only residents in the United States of America.
