Career Expos – Live Events

Each year Women For Hire produces two seasons of high-caliber, one-day career expos that are free to job seekers. As a participating employer, your recruiters and hiring managers will meet professional women and graduating college students. Our aggressive, grassroots marketing strategy delivers a highly targeted candidate base that mirrors the needs of our clients.

Each city is different but you can expect between 700 and 1,000 professional level women at each career expo, with some events exceeding 1,000 women during the four hour event.

EARLY MORNING SEMINAR SPONSORSHIPS

To enhance participation at Women For Hire recruiting events, we offer employers the opportunity to sponsor an early morning seminar prior to the general admittance of career fair attendees. On the morning of each event before the start of the career fair, we host a special networking and job-seeking session for more than 100 women. CEO Tory Johnson leads the seminar with practical, sophisticated, and inspirational advice to the savvy audience.

As a sponsor, your recruiters or hiring managers have the ability to address the audience on opportunities available at your organization. The sponsor’s participation in this program is heavily promoted on our website and includes direct emails inviting candidates to the seminar, which is always sold out. (Limited to one employer per event.)
