Cover Letter/Thank-You notes … 1 hour … $100 These additional pieces of communication are just as important as your resume, and should not be overlooked. A good cover letter will get your resume read; a bad one will land your resume in the garbage. Thank you notes are also a vital part of the process, ensuring that employers remember you when the interview is over.

Targeted Job Search Strategies … 2 hours … $350 Job searching is a process. Start off on the right foot and get yourself connected to the job or industry that you are striving for.

Research and Networking Strategies … 1 hour … $195 Are you at a loss on how to find that ideal position? The power of research and networking goes a long way. The best way to land your ideal position is through networking, so start developing or brushing up on those skills today.

COMPREHENSIVE CAREER COACHING SOLUTION: If you know you’d benefit from a range of coaching direction and guidance for 30 days during your job search, we offer a limited-time only comprehensive program to address individual needs. This is a fast-paced program that requires your full attention and commitment to complete challenging tasks that support your job search.

Submit background materials

Upon signing our coaching agreement and submitting payment, you’ll be given a checklist to submit materials required for review by Women For Hire coaching staff prior to start of session, including: résumé, cover letter, and completion of our proprietary questionnaire detailing career challenges, concerns, and goals.

Review recommended coaching schedule

Our expert team of expert coaches and recruiters reviews all of your material and develops and recommended schedule of weekly phone sessions, along with specific topics and tasks to be addressed and assigned. One coach will be assigned as your primary contact. The first session with you is 45 minutes; 10 sessions of 30 minutes each will also be scheduled at this time to take place throughout the 30-day period. Additional time is allotted for email communication between you and your coach, as well as research for our team in assessing and assisting with your needs.

Your month-long package includes unlimited email exchanges as warranted throughout the process to review tactics, build confidence, and generally ensure that you’re on track.

Time-sensitive assignments/tasks

You’ll receive ongoing action items and direction that must be completed to keep you on track toward fulfilling your goals.

Bonus services

When and where appropriate, our research team will provide you with contact information of relevant potential employers from Women For Hire’s proprietary database. You’ll also have at least one direct email exchange with Women For Hire CEO Tory Johnson, who oversees the program along with your designated Women For Hire Career Coach.
