About

My name is Deborah Eibner and I am the President and Founder of Symmetry Coaching and Consulting. My certifications include: Job and Career Development Coach, Certified Job Search Strategist, and Job and Career Transition Coach.

As a coach and trainer with over twenty years of leadership and human resources experience, I can help you integrate all of your skills, talents, and core values as you journey down a path of development, enhancement, and achievement! I am technically schooled, holistic in approach, and committed to helping each of my clients find success as he or she defines it!

At the core of my coaching methods is my commitment to building and maintaining a strong personal foundation. I achieve my balance through practicing both Qigong and Reiki, as well as through regular exercise. Also, I am a lifelong learner, who continually looks for ways to expand my knowledge base, in order to provide the highest level of expertise and coaching tools for my clients.

In terms of my professional life, I have a broad range of experiences including fashion, finance, retail, human resources, leadership and communication skills training, career development specialist (Dartmouth College), and small business owner. I have had 12 different jobs (this is the average these days) and each one has provided me with the insights, skills, and opportunities for learning (both in very positive and some in very challenging ways) throughout my career. What is most advantageous for my clients is my experience as a Human Resources manager. Also, I ran a professional staffing and placement service (up to C level employees) for 10 years. I have acquired formats and foundations that compliment my real world experience, allowing me to serve my clients most effectively.

My rather rare combination of diverse experiences uniquely qualifies me to help you obtain your professional objectives and goals in record time. My coaching is customized to the individual needs of my clients. I help people in all phases of career development, including those who want to do more, do less, or do something completely different with their lives. I give my clients the tools to take their career to the next level, transition to a new career, or find meaning and purpose in retirement.

I work with my clients throughout their entire journey. I am there in the clarity and discovery phase; I am there to develop leadership and communication skills; and I am there to help my clients achieve a sense of work/life balance.
