After retiring with 27 years as Sales/Training Manager for Verizon Communications in New York City, Jo-Ann has focused over 100% of her efforts in helping others be the best they can be with her new career move.

Jo-Ann is a Certified Employment Interview Professional as well as a Certified Professional Resume Writer. Jo-Ann is also a member of the New Jersey Staffing Association, PARWCC, New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, Women Business Owner and Staff Ready. With a background in sales, training, coaching and development as well as customer service, Jo-Ann's agency provides top-quality recruitment services to all businesses in the need for filling job vacancies in the New York tri-state area, and job seekers who seek resume writing and interview preparation help. Jo-Ann's educational background consists of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Associate's Degree in Business Management, and is currently a registered student at Colorado Technical University for her Master's Degree in Human Resources.

One of the most important initiatives that President Barack Obama will be taking on is to find jobs for the American people in an effort to jump-start the economy.
