After retiring with 27 years as Sales/Training Manager for Verizon Communications in New York City, Jo-Ann has focused over 100% of her efforts in helping others be the best they can be with her new career move.Jo-Ann is a Certified Employment Interview Professional as well as a Certified Professional Resume Writer. Jo-Ann is also a member of the New Jersey Staffing Association, PARWCC, New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, Women Business Owner and Staff Ready. With a background in sales, training, coaching and development as well as customer service, Jo-Ann's agency provides top-quality recruitment services to all businesses in the need for filling job vacancies in the New York tri-state area, and job seekers who seek resume writing and interview preparation help. Jo-Ann's educational background consists of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Associate's Degree in Business Management, and is currently a registered student at Colorado Technical University for her Master's Degree in Human Resources.
