In 1989 Laura began a human resource career. She has worked at a Fortune 100 Company as well as mid-sized and small companies in a variety of industries. Laura has completed work towards a Master’s and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Labor Economics. In 2003 she opened her own consulting company. Laura is an entrepreneur, consultant, author, speaker, and coach.
