Agreed. I wish I had gotten some administrative experience during or right after high school and college and then gone on to pursue a career related advanced degree or certificates and jobs.
But then again…how many people are switching majors while pursuing their undergraduate degree? Are people more likely to know their career goals at 18 than what they’d like to major in?
