This position will be responsible for accurately conducting all credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures. Duties will include delivering excellent service to all bank customers, maintaining proper cash supplies on hand, preparing daily records, and participating in sales promotions. In this role, you will actively market bank products to customers and potential customers. The selected candidate will schedule prospect appointments, cross-sell bank products to enhance existing customer relationships, close sales by engaging prospects in banking relationships, and refer customers to other bank resources as appropriate for additional sales and service issues. In this position, you will manage all functions and staff of a branch, with accountability for maximizing branch revenues, sales, customer satisfaction and branch staffing. The selected candidate will deploy resources to optimize individual and team performance, ensure branch compliance with bank policies and procedures, manage promotional campaigns and product initiatives, and coach and train staff.

The selected candidate will have overall responsibility for daily operations, including management of Tellers and Customer Service staff of a branch. Responsibilities will include providing sales leadership to ensure franchise growth, monitoring branch service quality levels, coaching staff to achieve appropriate service levels, and responding to complex customer inquiries.
