Ref # 54996 Director, Enterprise Data Management- This position is a key member of the McKesson Financial Center team responsible for leading Enterprise Data Governance and Master Data Operations for McKesson Distribution Solutions. This role requires the ability to develop strong senior level relationships within the organization in order to drive alignment across various business process areas. 8+ years experience of business experience to include the following 5-7 years leadership/management experience, 5+ years master data management experience including data analysis, process improvement, and project management experience, Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodology training preferred. A degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is required.

Leads and directs strategic Program initiatives.  These can be multi-year efforts and could involve system re-platform, business process re-design and process transition / integration. 8+ years related professional experience to include the ability to collaborate, influence and gain commitment from multiple stakeholders, strong facilitation and executive communication (written, verbal) skills, strong project management skills and 5+ years of managerial experience. A degree in Accounting or related field is required.
