People react differently to adversity. Since they’re bound to face problems at work, one CEO devised a test  to gauge their reactions. When he interviews a job candidate, he invites them to breakfast and arrives early. With a promise of a healthy tip, he asks the server to purposely mess up his guest’s order. “Are they upset, are they frustrated, or are they understanding? Life is like that, and business is like that,” Charles Schwab Corporation CEO Walt Bettinger recently told The New York Times. How do you think you’d react?
